The simple answer is that he created mylestrumbore.com to slander me. Using: a joke, an out of context comment, and a straignt up faked photo, he labeled me a racist, and targeted me and my employer. This was unacceptable. But I tried working with him. He eventually settled on accepting an apology in the name of a donation to Black Girls Code (Which not going to lie, is a pretty cool charity). I donated. The website showed my submission of the donation. The site sat for a while.
Then all of a sudden the site was back. When I contacted him, he wanted money, either as a donation or for the domain. Some would call this extortion, but I'm not a lawyer, so we'll let it up to them.
So I saved the website code and adapted it into this site. Simply replacing photo url's. The profile picture was found on google, the screenshot was given to me. I have no idea if it's real, I suspect not. In any event, the website is a mimic of his. He's admitted to my website being libel....so by the transitive property....
This sit existed as a tit for tat type deal, and I've said that the minute I see the other site go down, this one will as well, but I've been hit with DMCA takedowns for the site, and now a threat of a lawyer, which I'm not sure I believe since usually a lawyer contacts you and you don't have to say "talk to my lawyer". This specific page exists as an explainer for anyone probing the site.
BTW, there's something called inspect element, it makes it very easy to fake stuff on the internet....
